I currently am wholesaling in South Jerey and moving to the Las Vegas soon, just want to know if anyone on this forum has any experience in that area, and can help me get started soon as I get there. Just info like investor friendly title companies, and hard money lenders, good contractors etc… I can find the buyers and sellers no problem with my marketing.

As you know what happens in Vegas stay's in Vegas! Luck be a lady tonight! Sin City! Lucky Seven! Bet it all on red! Blackjack! And home of the old One Armed Bandit! (Press button bandit today!) And I almost forgot the most important one, "You need to know when to hold them, know when to fold them, know when to walk away and know when to run"!
Sometimes my sense of humor gets the best of me! lol
There are 3 or 4 good REIA meetings in Vegas, although you will have to try them to determine which one fits you best and which one you get the most from! Just like other large cities like Phoenix, Las Vegas is large enough now that a lot of contractors stay in specific area’s to avoid commuting across town and depending on the sub trade needs will determine what contractors you will find and where!
Fidelity, Ticor, Lawyers, Stewart and First American are good investor friendly escrow / title companies that offer investor discounts in Vegas!
