Motivational Quotes and my two cents

I’m new to it all, but I loved the previous post that had over 150 replies.

I have been reborn and I have realized that there is a whole world out there…waiting…for me to get involved!

The two quotes that DRIVE ME, everyday, since my newly discovered thirst to do what I want are:

“Sloth is evil; It is better to aspire to higher goals and ideals, and fail, then to be a cynic without principle or cause. One man can make a difference.”

And

“Money talks the language that everyone understands.”

It took 33 years, but now I TRULY understand these…and all those great quotes for success!

Howdy TMCG:

One quote I will never forget was from a local Realtor here in Austin, Why buy houses here they are giving them away? At that time you could take over mortgages for zero down and pay more than the market value or do tons of short sales and get great deals from the govt after the S & L bailout. What you could get for $75K then is now $150K across the board. I was given about 25 of them but could not hold on long enough.

I love the quote about setting high goals. Not too high that you can never achieve but high enough that you will succeed with hard work and a burning desire.

Takes a little more pesistance to get up and go the distance” - Quote from Geddy Lee of RUSH
