I’ve seen Ben’s “Motivated Seller Magnet” program has been at the top for a while. I’d like to get peoples opinions. Your help and feedback is greatly appreciated by all. FYI I live in CA.
Success,
Jason

What is a motivated seller magnet program?
If you look under product catalog/best sellers you’ll see it’s been a best seller almost every month.
Success,
Jason
I just bought this yesterday. I took a chance on it because like you I couldn’t find any reviews. I am still in the process of reading it, but I am impressed so far, because unlike all of the other programs I’ve purchased up until this point, it is not full of typos and patronizing comments by the author. It has good solid content. I am not sure exactly how valuable this content will be so I can’t say for sure if it was worth the money yet, but I would recommend it. It is 100 times better than most of the crap I have seen.
On that note, can anyone recommend some other good, solid courses on marketing, structuring deals, anything really? I love reading and learning about everything but I can’t stand the crap that is full of typos and doesn’t tell me any more than I can read on the forum.
The program looks good. Please let us know how it turns out.
Great site thank you. I have read John T. Reed’s reviews but he hates EVERYTHING! Thank you again.
Smaxor,
How has your ROR been on the MOtivated Magnet program? Is it worth the 200 bones?

I’m a new poster to this site. However, I am a course buying junkie. Bought MSM a year or so ago when it sold for much more, as I recall.
It is based on the Dan Kennedy marketing concepts and unique selling propositions (USP) and requires a comittment to create a direct mailing “machine” of letters, flyers, postcards, etc.
He also suggests a “pull rather than push” method of marketing. Place an ad that gets someone to respond for an informational report, etc. Call establishes a mailing campaign that might last a full year of letters, postcards, etc.
Such a machine requires a computer software setup he vaguely discusses in his old course but didn’t recommend which one.
I emailed him for the software he recommended to put this all together and he gave me a real estate agents software. My son didn’t like usiing it and our “machine” never really took off.
Now that postage is going up in January, direct mail is becoming more costly and his method of targeting responders to your ads vs. shot gun mailings seems to make more sense.
Like many techniques we learn here and eslewhere, it takes a disciplined effort-I respect his methodology but don’t have his patient, sustained track record.
Bottom line, I’d buy it. Heck, it’s only $200.
How many deals did you get off of the MSM program?
JUST BUY IT ALREADY!!!
ITS ONLY 200 BUCKS FOR CRYIN OUT LOUD! 8)
Trupah,
Coal in your stocking this Xmas FOR SURE! ;D

I too am a course junkie and find many of the courses out there are a complete regurgitation of the same old same stuff.
The course is written well, but 100% nothing new.
So, save your $197.00
smaxor gave you good advice re John T Reed. The man’s reviews are a joke and very self-serving.
Amen to that mtnwizard :o
I have been using the MSM for 6 weeks now. I am mailing to pre-foreclosure, code violations, and ugly houses my bird dogs bring in. I have flipped one ugly house and did a sub-2 on a pre-foreclosure in that six weeks directly from the system. The program of timed mailings seems to be the thing for me.
What is timed mailings yproperties? What was your message for each and the type of mailing do you use?
Does this program have a website template or an online marketing system that works?
I’m still looking for a good marketing system to get me started. I have tried to work with realtors and the 3 that I have worked with seem very nice but are very negative when trying to put in a discounted offer. Anyone else having the same reaction from realtors lately?
By “timed mailing” I mean the system has pre-written letters and postcards for every category (probate, code violations, foreclosure, etc…) and a suggested schedule of mailings. After I input the contact information one time, all I do is hit the print button each morning and the letters/pc for that day are printed. It’s great!!
yproperties
What software program are you using?
Thank You
