I just got it. One thing I did not realize is that it is a E Book. So I just went to Kinko’s and had them print it all out for me front/back.
So far I am really impressed. He makes some great points I have never thought about. Basically he stresses to quit doing what every other investor in town is doing. Example - WE BUY HOUSES. That slogan is everywhere. There is nothing too unique about that, and how does a potential seller make the choice between your " we buy houses" add and the other guy.
Like I said I just got it, but I am already calling to change my newspaper add. I will post more as I get through the material.
Thanks…actually I just ordered it last nite. Im im learing alot of good info already. Im trying to read as much of it as possible b4 I revamp my marketing plan. But I really like it so far. How much will Kinkos charge to do that? and how does that work. Will I have to have it saved on a disk and bring it in?
It cost $40. I just put it all on a Cd and they had it done in 30 minutes. The even 3 hole punched it for me. I find it is much easier to read and study. I too am trying to read it quickly as a lot of my marketing is ending and I need to revamp it.
