Who does everyone in there own opinion think is the most successful investor or developer??? why???
Profitably with integrity, Ram. That’s my idea of successful.
Anyone who is actively pursuing their dreams.
those are all great qualities and characteristics of a successfull investor but im looking for names i was just curious liek my mentor is donald trump and has been way before the hit show “The Apprentice” i just wanted to see if anyone else looks up to other names?
Since we don’t have to necessarily name individuals, I vote for McDonalds and Walmart, who are great developers. They are very successful at knowing the market and controlling land.
Some people also follow the Whole Foods grocery chain, who always puts their stores in areas that greatly appreciate within a few years. They just upgraded the store in downtown Austin. Very nice facility, but I didn’t think much of it until one of my investors from Maryland made the comment that she likes to buy near them because of their success at buying right before a boom hits.
Downtown Austin is going to really do well in upcoming years. There are currently some huge condo projects that will raise our skyline. Many are just minutes from the Whole Foods store.
I think both. The key is helping others get what they want and in return you get your reward.
