after i refinanced my house the title co and bank forged my intials and name 22 times and crossed out and canged dates interest rate after i compaired it to the paper work i received paper work from title co bank,court house,tdi,and closing.they are not the same 100 plus things from payment intrest rate taxes,dates,signatures,not 15 years but 30,my brooker has gone out of buisness,the vice president wanted to take me to lunch talk buddy buddy type i agreed they sold my loan to option one in california and have not been able to talk to him or any one else at farmers and merchants bank since need help!!! lee long
I would suggest that you talk to a lawyer. It really depends on if the changes harmed you financially and you can prove that they made the changes.
