We have a complicated short sale. Not going into detail, anyone having
dealt with United Financial Home Mortgage?
They closed their doors on July 13th of this year & employees still in class
action suit. Does anyone know who took over some of the loans?
I have possible companies, anyone know for sure from experience
who may have taken them over? Surface title search does not show
successor.
Lots of research to get to who the 2nd really is and must be dealt with first.
Homeowner records not very good and no mail records of tranfer.
