  2. Equity line or second mortgage
  3. Private Lenders (usually up to 5 years)
  4. Borrow on whole life insurance policy
  5. Seller financing
  6. Borrow from a self directed IRA
  7. Rent to Own/Lease Option;
  8. Real Estate Syndication
  9. Government Grants

It looks like you have hit on most of them. I would also add subject 2 on there as well.
