Hmmm unless I’m missing something the program is just a well organized spread sheet for $500.
Does anyone know of a program that would estimate rehab cost based on the size of room(s), supplies used and location of the property?
I use a larger software program for all of my investing. It keeps tracks of birddogs, doorknockers, wholesale buyers, etc.
I also have a huge list of Hard Money Lenders pre-loaded in the software when I got it. So it does more than just rehabs.
It might be a tad more than what you are looking for, but it is amazing for the business of REI…
