Money Partner

Hey Guys,

I’m new to this stuff, I just wanted to know what the criteria for a money partner would be or should I get a private lender for a property I’m about to negotiate the price with the bank.
Is there a certian percentage that I should give a private lender?
If I someone that can give me some advice, than the criteria for a money partner no longer applies?

With a money partner you usually split the profit 50-50 which is probably more expensive then finding a private lender and paying them 10-12% interest.

Does this mean that the money partner also provides r.e. input?

I’m just trying to understand what the parameters are for a money partner vs. a private lender, if there are any or is it all just negotiable.
