appraisal funding of financing. I have all other logistics worked out. This is an apartment complex refinance with a whole lot of money for cash out. Lender is focused on property cash flow and has given pre approval pending appraisal. Only seeking 65% to 75% LTV. Problem is that I am out of money. Funding will be repaid at closing table plus any fees…
