I am looking to find out more about mold issues. What is involved (time/cost/inspections) when mold is found in a home? What does it require to get it cleaned up and to get a clean bill of health so to speak?

I use a company that does free inspections.
Now if I buy the property. That company expects me to use them to come in their biohazard suits and rip out all the mold and run his ozone machines to make sure it does not come back. If they needed to rip out some walls {common} My guys hang the new walls. I also get a warranty that I can pass on to who ever I sell to.
Don’t forget. Something caused all that moisture. That needs to be fixed or the warranty is void.
