Hi im new to real estate investing and im looking to invest in mobile homes in South carolina,North carolina area’s( i live in NYC,NY) i’ve saved up 5k and im looking to buy used mobile homes fix them up then sell/rent out?? anyone have any info on how I can get started? what to look for? best places to look for mobile homes since i live outside the city and how to find out what rents/mobile homes go for in a particuler State?
