Hi,

I’m a newbie wanting to buy MHs in CA. Is there any way of flipping mobile homes without having to get dealer’s or salesman’s license or must one form a partnership with a dealer?

I am interested in what you found out.

My understanding is that one needs to be licensed as a MH salesman, or MH dealer, or have a RE license to do this for oneself or others. I suppose you could do it by yourself until you get caught, but I think the consequences would not be worth it. Personally, I will pay a flat fee to an agent who does the paperwork. That will free me up to concentrate on finding, renovating, and selling the MHs.
