Mobile Homes: Are they a good investment?

Hey everyone! Caleb Luketic here with Favor Home Solutions. I have seen some people wanting to get involved with buying mobile homes, is that a good strategy? I know they are cheap and can rent for a decent amount, but is it worth it for the upkeep factor?
Do you guys do a rent-to-own type thing? I want to get some houses or mobile homes that you can buy cheap and do a rent-to-own type thing where they put down a certain amount, and they make monthly payments.

If anyone is doing this, PLEASE message me or comment on the thread here. I need to find out how to do that!!

You should consider purchasing some organized training on the subject.

You can still get Lonnie Scrugg’s famous “Deals On Wheels” training through Amazon relatively inexpensively.

There’s also training available here that covers the purchase and sale of mobile home parks, you might consider.

Here in North Georgia, we are finding that lots of people who own mobile homes often have land available in the deal. I’ll walk to the neighboring home owners and try to sell it to them first so they can expand their land.

Mobile homes are good because they are very cheap. Also you have to live in a park. If you can’t stay in a good park they please please don’t buy a mobile home. I suggest you to consult a very good realtor before going for any mobile home & a park.

If done properly, buying a manufactured home can be a great investment decision. However, before you sign on the dotted line, take the time to consider all the pros and cons of that decision.
