I’ve never purchased a MH as investment before. Is there a free site that will value MHs? Any suggestions on how to get a fair value?
The NADA guide isn’t free, but at least it’s a resource you could use. Mobile homes are viewed much the same as a used car rather than as real estate. They have titles just like you would have for a car, motorcycle, atv, etc. The value will go down over time and for older ones, you can likely get them for just a few thousand dollars or less.

Like all real estate, determining the value of a mobile home is very local. I suggest looking in your area at other mobile homes and figuring out values from there. Good luck!
