Hello all. I have a prospect that is trying to get financing for a Single Wide Mobile Home on 8 Acres of land in North Carolina.
They have 10 percent down and closing costs with a 690 FICO.
If there is anyone who may know of a lender that can entertain this scenario kindly let me know.
