I have a friend who would like to purchase land in Missouri and build a house. They live in Illinois. They are thinking of buying a mobile home and living in it while the house is being built. Does anyone know where to buy a mobile home and get it financed in Missouri. Also we would like to know if anyone knows a good builder in Donaphin Missouri. Thank you in advance for any help.
