Does anyone know if there is a seminar/course/book on purchasing an existing mobil home park?
I’m not sure of the rules here on posting links to other sites, but there is a good site called Mobile Home University. They have an event called Mobile Home Millions coming up in April that I have heard is really good. I have not attended, but I have met several of the folks involved and they are a great bunch.
I have gone onto their site and there is a lot of good information. There is an event called Mobile Home Millions 6 that had a banner on their site, is that what you were referring to? This is the only thing I see in April on their schedule. Has anybody been to these events before? I am thinking of going this year as well.
