Any tips on finding deals on the MLS? Some of the search criteria I have put in are “as-is”, “handyman special”, or “investment property”, but am getting stuck or just seeing the same houses over and over. Anybody???
MLS you have to be quick and fast, deal go very fast. I see you are in FT wayne, i am in indianapolis. I wholesale 1-2 properties a month, but want to start rehabbing. What is your exit stragey
Totally depends on the deal. I have two houses now that I have listen on the MLS with a realtor. I am looking at getting into some land contracts also.
