I am a realtor in Northern Utah. I represent a buyer that has the option to purchase a 78 acre parcel and make it a mixed use development. There will be mid-range townhomes and retail/professional space. The zoning is all approved and the design/engineering is complete. We can be moving dirt in less than 2 weeks.
The original funding source for thie project has backed out and we are trying to find a new source. What are some good sources for finding this type of financing?
