There is a foreclosure sale to the highest cash bid next monday at the courthouse… I was wondering how the process worked??? I’m looking at purchasing one or more properties for the right price…
-
How do i find the street address for the property?? The newspaper gives a legal description that is soooo hard to understand…
-
How does the process actually work?? Do i get to inspect the houses(walk through, etc… before the auction at the courthouse??
-
Do they require cash the day of the auction??? If i pay do i get access to the property the day of the auction??
So basically i need to know how to decipher the legal description of the address so i can at least drive by the house… Then i would love to walk through it… They have the cash ready next monday to purchase…
Any help
thanks
