Hey everyone,
I asked this question in November of 2011 as my gf and I were discussing moving to Minneapolis MN. Well it’s a done deal that we’re going now. Anyone out here flipping or buying to hold in Minneapolis right now. Again I asked this question last November but markets easily change. I’m thinking it may be time to pick up some rental properties and just holding on for long term cash flow. I’ve done all flips in MD/DC up to this point. Any help would be great.
