I have a question about Michigan housing and economic conditions, in regards to manufacturing leaving the state.
From my understanding a majority of the country is doing decent/well economically, however michigan seems to be a deal tardy on recovery. Would people think now it’s more difficult to make money from RE in Michigan, or consider it a great opportunity considering what’s going on?
It’s sad to see people losing their homes and such, but would it be best to look at it from an opportunities point of view? Personally just around the corner I can see 12-15 for sale signs just down the road.
I guess since I’m from Michigan, I’m a little fearful on the situation. Even with slowed home sales, there should still be money to be made correct? Does anyone have any opinons on this?
Thank you for your time. I apologize if this has been covered before, but if anyone has any links I’d be more than happy to read through.
