Hello…
Been doing a lot of research lately, and finding properties that are of interest to me as a newer investor.
I live in SE Lower Michigan, and am getting close enough to springing my first deal that I am interested in communicating with private lenders and starting to get a feel for who can help me with what.
The properties I am looking at are lower priced properties, most of them with only minor rehabs necessary.
If anyone can point me to some reputable lenders, I’d appreciate it, or anyone here can feel free to send me a private message on this site.
