I am looking for someone who I can learn from in Southwest Florida or South Florida. I have spoken to people who place ads in craigslist for property locators but it seems what they are looking for is someone to do their advertising for them and their footwork without any guidance.
I know the competition is tough advertisement from law firms on T.V and radio it seems everyone wants to do shorsales. Is ther still room for the little guys? :rolleyes
