Mentor in Port St Lucie FL

can anyone post a recommendation of some one who does mentoring?

Could you be more specific, please? What type of real estate investing are you interested in? How experienced are you? Etc. All of this factors into who might or might not be a compatible mentor for you.
Carbonare is Florida based, and if you are interested in lease purchasing I would definitely recommend him. You can contact him through his website. See my signature.

I am interrested in all realestate or anything I can do without cash or credit in the beginning because I am very new at this. I have taken general courses and wholesale so far.

Thank you.

Seeing as you are new at this, and like most who start in this biz, you are doing so without cash or credit, I will repeat my earlier advice. I think starting out with lease purchasing is the way to go. If you know what you are doing, these deals generally require little to no capital, your credit is not a factor at all, and done correctly they can be virtually risk free.
It’s not the only way to invest, but in my experience it is the best way to begin. My two cents. . .
Best wishes, Perception.

I used to live in Port St. Lucie. I can check with someone and see about it for you. I know a few people in that area that do a lot of birdoging and wholesaling.

Thank you - I really appreciate that. Please let me know.
