Wendy talked last night about recording a memorandum of option form. Where do we record this form and what exactly does it entail?

It would be recorded at the Travis County courthouse. All you would need is a notarized statement with the legal address spelling out the terms of the option, It gives no ownership but will notify the public of the option and a title policy will not be issued to another buyer without the buyers release of the option agreement. Gives you protection as the buyer that the seller will not collect your money and then sell to someone else.
