it really is the guide to buying an apartment building wow it’s an informative book so the plan is to take action but what is the word on the street with regards to down payment requirements and financing of the deal.
Secondly what amount seems reasonable to ask an investor to invest as not to scare them off. Typically how many investors fund a $8 000 000 acquisition?
