I’m about to start real estate investment property. I’m interesting in Residence and commercial. My question is that can I use same entity for commercial and residence? or do I have to get separate entity?
Does your company perform LLC, S or C Corporation?

you can use your company for any lawful business purpose. there are no restrictions on having residential and commercial operated from the same business.
