What would be the max arv you would pay on a house that you would wholesale to another investor? I dont have experience with low priced homes.

The formula is EXACTLY the same, $60k or $600k.

ARV x 70% - repairs - your cut = Max Offer

Rich is right. The percenatages are the same. The wildcards are your cut and your repairs. Sometimes I change my formula to start with 65% arv to account for any unforseen issues.
