I’m in PG county. I plan to start investing in Baltimore. Prices are outrageous in my area. I will be in Baltimore this Saturday. Feel free to get my email address from my profile.

development bids can be accessed via www.baltimorehousing.org under developers.
These are usually larger scale developments tho.
I work all weekend long at my 2nd job.
