Mass email software

I am finding it more difficult to send out mass emails on the properties we need to flip. After we get the property under contract, I then send an email to the many buyers we have dealt with.
It would be so much easier to have some type of software…and there seems to be numerous companies offering this.

Has anyone used one in particular…or is there one out there that is a must to have?

Any help is appreciated.

I like www.icontact.com for my email… Its easy and cheap.

The templates in Constant Contact are better. I did the iContact trial and liked Constant Contact much better.

I subscribed to House trial and they gave me an access to different templates. Then I used a different templates from internet. You just add a special touch to these templates and make them personal and standing out.

I heard good things about www.icontact.com. Never used it before though…

In a previous business life, I used Constant Contact and liked it much better than Icontact.

As Dee commented, I too liked the variety of templates that were available.

Yeah! Constant Contact is good.

I guess I am spoiled by having Web Designers on staff who do all of that… I should check them out…

Try aweber for your auto-responders

Awebers the way to go. Best delivery rates, easy to use, good support. Plus, when someone unsubscribes they get an exit survey to find out why, which is helpful info.

I use a desktop software solution called mailloop for all my email campaigns.

It was a little pricey, but it has paid for itself many times over.

You can get info about it at: http://newsabout.com/mailloop

Constant Contact is a cheap and very user friendly email blast company.

I prefer Aweber.

Not really sure what you want out of a mass emailer, so I’ll cover both:

As a service: I never used icontact before, but I have used both GetResponse and Aweber and both are great. Of the two, I think GetResponse has a more user-friendly interface, but Aweber seems to have a little more functionality.

Self-hosted: While I have never tried it, a lot of people seem to like something called Send Studio. I checked out their screencast at www.interspire.com and it seems incredibly easy to use.

Pretty much the majority of my colleges who do use third party software are using Constant Contact. Me personally, I use Microsoft Outlook. I use the mailing list feature, which is really easy and effective.

GooD LucK! :beer
