I am in the process of improving my real estate business. I have been buying and assuming houses from pre foreclosures. What I would like to do now is to find a renter who wants to buy a house and match the renter with a house I have or a FSBO.
Does anybody know of a marketing plan I could use to qualify serious inquiries?
I would do it all through the web. The web is a great qualifing tool used corrently. The qquestion becomes why would they go with you? Are you offering lease options or something to differentiate yourself?
I am offering lease options. Many renters have marginal credit and within a year could qualify for a loan (if they made consistent payments for the next 12 months). I would like to match these renters to FSBO’s who are trying to sell their house and to houses that I control.
