Marketing to Rehab Investors VA/DC/MD

Greetings everyone!

I am trying to figure out other new ways to market my currently available properties to real estate investors in VA/DC/MD. Do you have any other ideas that work for you when selling wholesale rehab deals? We currently use the following:

  1. market to our local investor club (deal sheets, email)
  2. fax deal sheets to other investor clubs which we are not members of
  3. our company website is up with complete details on deals

Any other suggestions would be great!

I would show them what kind of financing is available. If you can show them financing at 10% interest only plus 2 points vs. traditional hard money rates and points your properties numbers will look even better.
