Hello, I’m just wondering how do I go about calling on FSBOs? Is it difficult to get them to let a REI sell or flip the property? What type of dialog do I use?
Is there an ebook or articles that can give me step by step knowledge on this subject or can someone give me great advice about this subject?
I’m new to the forum and I haven’t had any luck finding where someone had posted a topic on this. Please advise.

Buying from a FSBO is not decidedly different from any other RE transaction - the mechanics are basically the same…

Well if the home is un-occupied then it will be easier.Get an "öption to purchase"on it for say 60 days and have in the contract that you need keys to show contractors,appraisers,etc.This way you can show your potential buyers the property without them in your hair.Make sure you have a clause in the contract so you can back out if all does not go as planned.
