I am in the process of building my Marketing Strategy to obtain distressed properties and have many questions.
First, once I start my marketing campaign, I am sure I will eventually get some phone calls. Currently, I am not well prepared on what to say. Does anyone have any example of how they handle a phone call from someone looking to sell their house, in pre-foreclosure, or short sale?
How do you create your list(s) of people to send direct mail to?
Lastly, does anyone have a website online? I’d like to see what it looks like and its content to get ideas.
When dealing with people, you must always be calm. what ever happen, remain calm. remember these were people that you are dealing with, they had their own characteristics, and each person always require a different approach. well i had a real estate website and you can check on it if you wanted,
Create a survey that would also be based on factual information about your target area, and how people view it personally. Then from there on you can start studying your data and know your market well.
