I’m trying to build a marketing piece to buy discounted trust deeds. I have invested in many trust deeds over the years and I’m very comfortable with the risk and like the return. I currenlty have multiple investments throughout the country.
I now want to start trying to buy them at a discount to get a greater return. I purchased a list of seller financed trust deeds and privately held mortgages but I’m not sure what to send to these people.
Any thoughts here?
First the list is free so dont buy it anymore… If you want an example of what others are sending record a TD against a property you own and you will start getting mail…

thanks for the info. I know I can get a list of deeds recorder from the County Recorders Office but how do you get only the ones that are private mortgages not funded by a bank?
Michael is right and never buy a list. Try soliciting Attorneys and advertise for em. but don’t exspect a lot of replys.

No one sounds real interested in this strategy. I have done a lot of investing in private money loans but not a lot in the discounted arena. Does anyone actually do this and like this strategy?
JG, there are discount note buyers all over the place, start at the paper source online and creonline just for starters. herbster
