has anyone used bandit signs to market for credit partners? if so what did you use?
also what other kind of message can i use looking for credit partners in the paper or mailings?

Why wouldn’t you just get some credit help?
Sure would make life alot easier…
because even if you have great credit sometimes you can only do so much.
Getting credit partners can get you in over your head quick if you dont know how to handle multipul deals at one time, or dont have the cash to make things work.
We had a guy here locally that bought over 250 houses that way, and needless to say his deck of cards came crumbling down, and he brought down the very people that helped him buy those houses.
Im sorry but I dont have any advice for marketing for credit partners. It was said that the guy I mentioned was only paying credit partners 3k to be on the loans, in my oppinion if Im taking that much risk I am going to be paid a lot more.
