How much, on the average, are y’all spending on marketing per sub2 deal that you complete? (including buying and selling the property)

It really varies, but for me selling is more expensive than buying. My buying side is about $500-$1000/deal. Selling is about $500 to $2000 depending on how fast can I find a buyer. Our newspaper ads are very expensive here.
