I was curious what fellow investors perceive the as single most effective marketing tool?
The telephone is second to none. The fact is it would cost you a small fortune to bring in the same number of leads you can reach by outbound calling. And if you have a great qualifying script it’s neither time-consuming nor irritating to you or the recipient.

If you are looking for cost and effect how about the Burma Shave signs. You can have them made up cheap and you can post them all around town. I have used them in the past and they have worked well. I have tried different sizes and shapes!!! My best response was with a larger rectangle than the ones on the corners they were at.
This goes back to my PR/publicity question. Has anyone gotten a good response from getting themselves quoted in a magazine or newspaper?

My friend does an article in a local magazine. He runs an ad every month in the magazine but on the months he has an article his calls to the office increase three fold. He is pushing to get more articles in for the sales effect. I have not used the strategy but I am thinking about trying it online by submitting articles to ezines. I will let you know how it turns out!
