Mark Evans DM ?

Hello all,

As you know I am always trying to learn all I can about Real Estate Investing all the time. I read books, post, attend Real Estate Investing Colllege Classes, and learn by taking action!

So I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on a Guy named Mark Evans DM? ???

I just ordered his New Book on Sat and got his Free Sub 2 course at

He claims the information sells for $397.00 by other educators?

I have been getting his e-mails for well over a year and never looked into his stuff until last Sat on his live call.

Anyway, I was wondering if any of you have heard about him and what you thought?

I appreciate any first hand feedback about him! :wink:

I just ran across his name yesterday for the first time. He has just released a new book on Amazon.com

I’ve finished it and thought it was very good. The book contains interviews between Mark Evans and several successful investors. It won’t teach you the details behind doing deals, but it was inspiring to me to see what you can do with focus and the right mindset.

I think the best information came from Paul Straus.

To be honest, $16 isn’t a big deal…but reading his chapter is basically the only thing that made me not regret buying it.

I have been speaking to a few Guys who work with Mark as well as Mark Evans himself.

As for me the Jury is sill out …

So I wanted to know has anybody here ever mentored under Mark Evans DM?

If so what was your outcome?

I know several people that have mentored under him and they are all very happy that they did. He took a few of the top students on a cruise and had meetings with them and they kicked around a lot of ideals. If you want an honest investment, this is it. Hope you join and wish you success.

What is a “top student”? Are theos the ones that got an A in the course or are they the one tha tpaid the most?

I would avoid Mark Evans entirely. He does not stand behind his products and he is more interested in selling information rather than helping peoplel make money. His projections for income and profit are outrageous and his software DOES NOT WORK. I made him aware of it and as an expert PROVED to him that the software does not working property, yet he refused to do anything about it. STAY AWAY
