I am a newbee to Realesate Investing in AUSTIN TX. Need your input on how to market to PreForeclosures, Which company do you guys use to print, are Postcards better or Yellow letters etc. Which lisiting company would you suggest, Mellisadata, listsource, Foreclosure Listing Services FSL.
