has anyone ever heard of marco kozlowski’s luxury home bootcamp? he’s supposed to be able to show you how to make money in luxury homes. i’ve been investing here in michigan for about 3 years on regular houses and wanted to raise the types of houses i work in and i wanted to know if any of you guys know when and where his next bootcamp is. thanks
It’s another overpriced, overhyped How-To, this one of using Options. It’s ridiculous, really. How hard is it to get an option for one price, then sell it for a higher price?
I went. It is a very… VERY hard thing to do to convince someone who owns a luxury house to sell you an option and then let you do an auction.
I’ve been to a lot of seminars and this one is more entertainment then substantiative education.
