I have 2 props available to me 2 miles on the same lot and that is unusual as I live in the country. 3b1b 20 year old home and 10 year old sw. I could rent both for at least $500, house maybe 550.00. They are asking tax value 72,000. Would you not give them more than 50,000 if I could get 1000, in rents a month?? They said firm on the asking price so how would you guys negotiate to get them to agree to lower price or ould you pay it? Thanks so much
You probably can’t negotiate down the asking price. Time might do it for you and I would just tell them to call you if they change their mind. I wouldn’t pay more that $50K.
