I am having a hard time finding financing for a 1971 Manufactured home in northern california. They own the land and it is on a secure foundation. Fico 621, LTV 90, DTI 42. I need $11k cash out. So far the best that i could find is from CMG and their req. are 65%LTV, and only a 20 yr term which is fine for a 5 or 7 yr balloon. Any suggestions? I can get approved through any lender so anything new will work just fine. Thanks- ???
