When making offers on wholesale properties (wholesaler making offer to seller), what’s the medium that you make the offer on? What I mean is do you write up a contract on every offer or do you just give them a verbal offer or maybe a written offer in letter form
You make it on whatever works! Heck, I’ve even spelled out the details of an offer on a McDonald’s napkin.
The important thing is that you make offers and follow through with them.
