Making offers on MLS listings

In California I don’t know everywhere else. When you make a offer on a MLS listing the realtor asks for a good faith desposit. I seen different properties that have potential. I will want to put in different offers.

How are you guys working the MLS listings?


It all depends on how much risk you want to take with the property. IF you feel that a “good faith deposit” of 500 bucks is worth it then shoot! Sometimes the property is just not even worth the risk some times it is. :dance
