After you look at the house and figure what it is worth and what you are willing to pay, how do you make the offer? Do you call them, meet in person, mail an offer or signed contract?
I would call them and make an offer but you have not told me what the asking price is or where it is which is the most important thing. I don’t even know if it meets my criteria in the first place so I may not call at all.
