Really good question and I look forward to other points of view on this. My view is you want to think about communicating you offer a solution. Once a property is in either one of these situations it requires creative strategy and negotiations. So mail the letters and postcards. However, focus on the idea being a solution provider. So Save You House could be a good headline but don’t mislead the property owner. Saving their house could mean getting them out of the mess without further damaging their credit.
